Basic Rider Course (BRC)  MOTORCYCLES ARE PROVIDED FOR THIS CLASS!!!!

The BRC is specifically designed for the new rider or re-entry rider.

This class includes the Permit Written Test and the Permit Skills Test. Successfully completing both tests during this class will get you your PERMIT. This class will provide the rider with knowledge, confidence and riding skills practiced in a safe, controlled environment. After successful completion of both the Permit Written Test and the Permit Skills Test- the students’ scores are electronically entered into the DOL system. Students then may go in person to the Driver Licensing office to obtain their motorcycle learner’s permit or electronically by visiting this link https://www.dol.wa.gov/onlinesvcs.html.
